Radha Soami books reveal that Hazoor Swami Shiv Dayal ji Maharaj used to smoke hukkah everyday. His biographies reveal that he was very fond of Tobacco Pipe. The picture above clearly depicts that Radha Soami Shiv Dayal ji was a hukka smoker. The book clearly reveals that Shiv Dayal ji used to have tobacco in the chilam. This is given in the footnote where the contents of the chilam have been described.

Kabir Sahib's Bani (speech) on consuming intoxicants like tobacco and alcohol
अमल आहारी आत्मा, कदे ना उतरे पार ।
Sahib Kabir says that those who consume intoxicants can never achieve salvation.
हरिजन को सोहै नहीं, हुक्का हाथ के माहि ।
कहें कबीर रामजन, हुक्का पीवें नाहिं ॥
हरि-भक्तों के हाथ में हुक्का शोभा नहीं देता। कबीर साहिब जी कहते हैं कि राम-भक्त हुक्का नहीं पीते।
Kabir Sahib says that those people who worship God or those who want to achieve God do not smoke hukkah (tobacco pipe).
भांग तमाखू छूतरा, जन कबीर से खाहिं ।
जोग मन जप तप किये, सबे रसातल जाहि ॥
भांग तम्बाकू का जो व्यक्ति सेवन करते हैं, योग यज्ञ, जप, तप ये भले करें, वे अंत में रसातल (नरक - hell) में जाते हैं।
Kabir Sahib says that those people who consume intoxicants like cannabis, tobacco etc. are destined to hell irrespective of whether they do yog, recitation of God's name, meditation or not.
