Sawan Singh ji Maharaj (Radha Soami) had no concept about Satnam
Although it is clearly mentioned in the texts, but Sawan Singh Ji Maharaj was oblivious to the actual facts about the True God and True Naam.

Kabir Sahib says - Shri Guru Granth Sahib Page 329
कहे कबीर, अक्षर दुय भाख, होयगा खसम त लेयगा राख ।
Kahe Kabir, akshar doye bhaakh, hoyega khasam to lega raakh
Guru Nanak Dev ji and Kabir Sahib are saying that Satnaam is made of two mantras and these two words are to be chanted whereas Sawan Singh ji is saying that these two words are in Paarbrahm which proves that Sawan Singh ji had no concept about Satnaam.
